      Flexible Display
      Flexible display wet process can produce transparent electrode through continuous Roll-to-Roll process of Photoresist Coating, Exposure, Developing, Etching on the substrate of flexible transparent conductive layer.

      Dalux has kept developing Roll-to-Roll wet process equipment for flexible display and designed it according to our own Know-How. In order to fully understand the etching reaction characteristic of flexible transparent conductive substrate in different etching chemical, including oxalic acid, aqua regia, hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid system, we changed materials of tanks and pipes for tests. Etching parameter database of density, temperature and time is now well handled and applied by Dalux.
